1. INTRODUCTION & DEFINITIONS
These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern your access to and use of the Mrs Suite website (the "Platform") and the hotel booking services and functionalities it provides.
The Publisher of the Platform is Mrs Suite ("Mrs Suite", "We", "Us", "Our").
Key Definitions:
● "User", "You", "Your" — Any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform
● "Platform" — The Mrs Suite hotel booking website and all associated pages
● "Booking" — Any hotel reservation made through the Platform
● "Hotel Partner(s)" — Hotels and accommodation providers listed and available for booking through the Platform
● "Services" — All features, tools, and functionalities offered through the Platform
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you:
● Are at least 18 years of age
● Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
● Have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these T&Cs in their entirety
If you do not agree with any part of these T&Cs, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
These T&Cs apply to all Users regardless of:
● Their location or country of residence
● The method or device used to access the Platform
● Whether they are accessing the Platform as an individual or on behalf of a business Mrs Suite reserves the right to update or modify these T&Cs at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised T&Cs. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
3. ACCESS TO THE PLATFORM
3.1 General Access
The Platform is accessible to Users free of charge. However, accessing the Platform may require an internet connection, the costs of which remain solely the responsibility of the User.
3.2 Internet Risks
Users are informed of the inherent risks associated with using the internet, including but not limited to:
● Lack of security in data transmission
● Potential interruptions or discontinuity in access
● Exposure to malicious software, viruses, or cyberattacks
Mrs Suite cannot be held liable for any damages arising from these risks. It is the sole responsibility of each User to ensure adequate protection of their devices, software, and data.
3.3 Platform Availability
Mrs Suite endeavours to maintain reasonable availability of the Platform at all times.
However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to:
● Scheduled or emergency maintenance
● Technical upgrades or improvements
● Events of force majeure
● Internet instability or third-party service disruptions
Mrs Suite shall not be held liable for any inconvenience or loss resulting from such interruptions.
4. ACCOUNT CREATION & MANAGEMENT
4.1 Registration
Account creation is not mandatory to browse the Platform. However, creating an Account is required to:
● Make and manage hotel bookings
● Access personalised recommendations
● Save preferences and booking history
● Receive exclusive offers and communications
4.2 Registration Requirements
To create an Account, Users must:
● Provide a valid email address
● Create a secure password
● Confirm they have read and accepted these T&Cs
4.3 Account Security & Responsibilities
Each User may hold only one Account associated with a single email address. You are solely responsible for:
● Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
● All activity conducted through your Account
● Ensuring your account details remain accurate and up to date
4.4 Lost or Compromised Credentials
In the event of lost, stolen, or unauthorised access to your Account, you must:
1. Immediately use the password recovery procedure provided on the Platform
2. Notify Mrs Suite promptly via our contact channels
Mrs Suite cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your Account where we have not been duly notified.
4.5 Account Suspension or Termination
Mrs Suite reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of:
● Breach of these T&Cs
● Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful use of the Platform
● Provision of false or misleading registration information
5. HOTEL BOOKING SERVICES
5.1 Nature of Services
Mrs Suite operates exclusively as an
online hotel booking intermediary. We facilitate reservations between Users and Hotel Partners. Mrs Suite is
not the hotel operator and is not a party to the contract formed between the User and the Hotel Partner upon confirmation of a booking.
5.2 Hotel Information & Accuracy
Mrs Suite strives to ensure that all hotel descriptions, images, pricing, and availability information displayed on the Platform are accurate and up to date. However:
● Hotel information is largely provided by Hotel Partners and cannot always be independently verified
● Mrs Suite does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or currency of any hotel listing
● Users are encouraged to verify critical details directly with Hotel Partners prior to booking
5.3 Pricing
● All prices displayed are in the currency indicated at the time of booking
● Prices are subject to change at any time prior to booking confirmation
● Applicable taxes, fees, and charges will be clearly indicated before final booking confirmation
● Mrs Suite reserves the right to correct any pricing errors and will notify Users accordingly
5.4 Booking Confirmation
A booking is only considered confirmed once:
● Payment has been successfully processed, and
● A booking confirmation email has been sent to the User's registered email address Mrs Suite strongly recommends that Users retain a copy of all booking confirmations.
5.5 Special Requests
Any special requests (e.g. room preferences, dietary requirements, accessibility needs) submitted through the Platform are communicated to the Hotel Partner on a best-efforts basis and cannot be guaranteed.
6. CANCELLATIONS, AMENDMENTS & REFUNDS
6.1 Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms vary depending on the specific hotel, room type, and rate selected at the time of booking. The applicable cancellation policy will be clearly displayed before you confirm your booking. Users are responsible for reviewing and understanding these terms prior to completing a reservation.
6.2 Non-Refundable Rates
Certain hotel rates are designated as non-refundable. By selecting such a rate, you acknowledge and accept that no refund will be issued in the event of cancellation, modification, or no-show.
6.3 Amendments
Requests to amend a confirmed booking (e.g. change of dates, room type) are subject to:
● Hotel Partner availability and approval
● Potential price differences
● Any applicable amendment fees
6.4 Refund Processing
Where a refund is applicable and approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking within a reasonable timeframe, subject to banking processing times.
6.5 No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive at the hotel on the confirmed check-in date without prior notice may result in the
forfeiture of the full booking amount, subject to the Hotel Partner's no-show policy.
7. PAYMENTS
7.1 Accepted Payment Methods
Mrs Suite accepts payments via the methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are conducted in a secure, encrypted environment.
7.2 Payment Security
Mrs Suite does not store full payment card details on its servers. Payment processing is handled by authorised and certified third-party payment service providers.
7.3 Fraudulent Transactions
Mrs Suite reserves the right to cancel any booking suspected of involving fraudulent payment activity and to report such activity to the relevant authorities.
7.4 Currency & Exchange Rates
Where bookings involve currency conversion, Mrs Suite is not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations or fees imposed by the User's financial institution.
8. USER RESPONSIBILITIES & CONDUCT
8.1 Lawful Use
All Users agree to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
● Use the Platform to make speculative, false, or fraudulent bookings
● Reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent
● Interfere with, disrupt, or damage the Platform or its infrastructure
● Introduce viruses, malicious code, or any harmful software
● Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or associated systems
● Use automated systems, bots, or scraping tools to extract data from the Platform
● Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation
8.2 User-Generated Content
Where Users are permitted to submit reviews, ratings, or comments regarding Hotel Partners:
● Content must be honest, accurate, and based on genuine personal experience
● Content must not be defamatory, offensive, discriminatory, or in violation of any applicable law
● Mrs Suite reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove any content at its discretion
Mrs Suite cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect consequences arising from user-generated content published on the Platform.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
9.1 Ownership
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, hotel descriptions, software, and design, is the
exclusive property of Mrs Suite or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Permitted Use
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial booking purposes only.
9.3 Prohibited Use
Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of Platform content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
10. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION
Mrs Suite is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of its Users. The collection, use, and storage of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these T&Cs and is incorporated herein by reference.
By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Key principles include:
● Data is collected only for specified, legitimate purposes
● Users retain the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data
● Data is never sold to third parties without explicit consent
11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & SERVICES
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services (including Hotel Partner websites). These are provided for convenience only. Mrs Suite:
● Has no control over third-party content or practices
● Does not endorse any third-party websites or services
● Accepts no liability for any content, products, or services provided by third parties
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
12.1 General Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mrs Suite shall not be liable for any:
● Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
● Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
● Damages arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform
12.2 Hotel Partner Liability
Mrs Suite acts solely as an intermediary between Users and Hotel Partners. We are not responsible for:
● The quality, safety, or suitability of hotel accommodation
● Any acts, omissions, or defaults of Hotel Partners
● Any personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred during a hotel stay
12.3 Maximum Liability Cap
Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, Mrs Suite's total liability to any User shall not exceed the total value of the booking amount paid by the User in relation to the specific booking giving rise to the claim.
13. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mrs Suite, its directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
● Your use or misuse of the Platform
● Your breach of these T&Cs
● Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
● Any third-party claims arising from your actions on the Platform
14. FORCE MAJEURE
Mrs Suite shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
● Natural disasters, pandemics, or public health emergencies
● War, terrorism, civil unrest, or government action
● Internet or telecommunications failures
● Acts of third parties, including Hotel Partners
15. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
15.1 Governing Law
These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Mrs Suite is registered.
15.2 Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these T&Cs or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to the courts of competent jurisdiction as determined by Mrs Suite's registered location.
15.3 Consumer Rights
Nothing in these T&Cs shall affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable local law.
16. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these T&Cs is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining T&Cs, which shall continue in full force and effect.
17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These T&Cs, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or notices published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mrs Suite with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
